DISCOUNTS

For Early Bird booking and deposit payment up to March 15., we offer 7% discount on our Prices since 19-05-2004.
For stays, from 10 days up to 22 days, we offer 4% to 10% discount.
Discounts are cumulative and both bases can be used together.

 

HOW SHOULD WE PAY THE DEPOSIT?

Please, show our offer to the Bank clerk and ask for Telegraphic (Wire) Transfer with option OUR, where the client pays commissions to both, PRIVREDNA BANKA ZAGREB - Croatia and client's local bank. Due to high bank charges for deposit transfers, we accept PayPal payments too.

 

CAN WE STAY LESS THAN 4 NIGHTS?

Please note that we offer accommodation as per our availability calendar. A 4-nights minimum stay is required. Shorter stays may be negotiated with the property owner, at an increased price. Surcharge for short stay: one night 88%; two nights 38%; and for 3 nights 20% of the apartments rates.

CANCELLATION & OUR LIABILITY?

Should you have to cancel your holiday, you will be liable for costs as follows:

Cancellations made 90 days prior to arrival – we refund the full amount of the deposit reduced for bank costs

Cancellations made 60 days prior to arrival – we refund 30% of the deposit

Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival – loss of deposit.

In case of death, serious illness or heavy car accident and injuries, supported by documentation as proof, we shall refund the deposit at the discretion of the property owner.

 

INSURANCE?

The cost of downpayment is recoverable via your personal travel insurance. Therefore, we strongly recommend that all guests take out appropriate insurance against illness, accident and cancellation, as well as travel insurance. We have previously had guests with medical emergencies, so please make sure you have insurance, so that in case of cancellation or loss, your insurance company can reimburse you.

 

AT WHAT TIME DO WE HAVE TO LEAVE OUR APARTMENT?

Guest are kindly requested to try to arrive after 14h and to vacate their apartments by 09h AM, unless by special arrangement. We reserve the right to charge you for an extra day if your apartment is occupied after this time.
Please call to advise us of your estimated time of arrival. If you are going to be late, or have missed the ferry or plane, please call us by phone. Otherwise, we will book another potential guest in the apartment.

 

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF ACCOMMODATION?

Accommodation includes bedding, linen and bath towels, toilet paper, kitchen utensils, dishes, plates and pots as well as washing liquid.

Internet - WiFi is free of charge.

Each apartment includes free parking on the property (not on the road).

WHAT IS EXCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF ACCOMMODATION?

PETS - There is an extra payment of €5 per day per pet.

Air conditioning with prepaid card = 3 Kn per hour.

The Heating with prepaid card = 4 Kn per hour.

Accomodation excludes towels for sunbathing/beach use. This is because some sun creams stain the towels, so please use your own towels for the beach.
Guests are responsible for self-catering.
Should the holiday be cancelled by us for reasons beyond our control, all received payments will be refunded and we will try to substitute with adequate or better accommodation in our neighbourhood.
Personal laundry will be washed on request by arrangement, for a reasonable charge.

We kindly ask that you leave the apartment (including dishes, kitchen utensils, stove and fridge) in the same condition as you found it on your arrival. In case you leave the apartment dirty, we should charge you 300 Kn i.e. €40 EURO.
Guests are kindly asked to report any breakage, damage or loss to the property or its contents, incured by the guest or their partner, and are responsible for its replacement value.

While we understand our commitment as hosts and thoroughly enjoy entertaining guests, we do not wish to be treated like hotel staff – we are the family! In order to ensure the quality of our accomodation for guests, we appreciate praise where due and constructive criticism.

 

For security reasons, on arrival you are kindly asked to present your passports at reception to verify the details in your booking form and register you as a guest.
Please do not take offence at the moment of picking up the documents as we need some free time for your registration.

When you reach destination point, park your vehicle for embarkment on the ferry boat and buy your ticket for ferry Praparatno-Sobra at the agency "Jadrolinija". The ferry boat ride takes 35 minutes, and you will arrive in Sobra, i.e. ferry boat port Zaglavac:
